About Me

After a successful career in IT management, including 21 years with the Walt Disney Company, I decided to pursue a new professional direction. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I moved into a property that required extensive renovation, providing the opportunity to further develop my practical skills and many years of experience in home maintenance and property improvement.

Since then, I have designed and built bespoke furniture, repaired and restored family heirlooms, and provided a wide range of maintenance services for homeowners and businesses within the local community.

Alongside this work, I developed a strong interest in locks, security, and property protection. This led me to undertake professional locksmith training with the Master Locksmiths Association (MLA), followed by further specialist training with Keytek Locksmith Training Academy and Multipoint Locksmith Training. I subsequently achieved City & Guilds certification, further strengthening my professional qualifications.

Since qualifying, I have helped numerous customers with lock repairs, replacements, upgrades, security improvements, and general property maintenance. Through a commitment to reliability, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service, I have built a strong reputation and a loyal client base of more than 100 regular customers.
