We have used Paul twice to fit a new lock on our garage door and a new cylinder in our back door and serviced the back door. Paul is extremely obliging and courteous. We phoned him and on both occasions he came the same day to look at the work and give us a quote. He takes pride in his work, which is so nice these days and always makes sure you are happy before he leaves. We would highly recommend Paul.

Last year Paul fitted out a room for me so I could use it as an art room. We talked through ideas, which was very helpful and came up with a plan. He is happy to ‘tweak’ things as you go along too. He built several shelves, a work table and later on added a slimline small unit because as everyone knows, you can never have enough storage! He has been back recently to fit a stair rail which wasn’t easy but he came up with a plan and it looks good. Paul is efficient, clean and tidy in his work, works hard, is friendly and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I have, and hope to have him back for more work.

Handyman Recommended. Good Morning All. I’m posting this to recommend handyman Paul Reed. He did a couple of random jobs for me recently. One cleaning my conservatory blinds and the other important one for me was to repair an old pine wardrobe that had been damaged when moving. Both jobs were completed professionally and efficiently. I was especially pleased with the wardrobe as it holds sentimental value for me and I really wanted to keep and use it. Think Paul can turn his hand to most things. Plus he is a very nice man. He arranged to do the work a few days later and installed a new lock, adjusted a door to our kitchen that had been jamming on the floor and installed the security camera on the rear of our house. I am a retired chartered building surveyor , and all I can say it was so nice to find a decent trades person who takes care with his work

There was excellent communication with Paul, he arrived exactly when he said he would and then quickly set about unlocking the door and fixing the underlying issue with the locking mechanism. I just wanted to let you know that following a message I saw a couple of days ago I contacted Paul Reed who was offering his services as a “handyman”. I asked him to assemble a small lawn mower that I had purchased, he rang me, gave me a very reasonable quote , made an appointment to visit yesterday, turned up on time! Job completed quickly and efficiently! No thanks to the appalling manual supplied! He is a very pleasant, friendly, and competent person.
